Cheryl A. Labosky is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Since joining the Redevelopment Authority in 2014, she has dedicated more than 11 years to its continued growth and success.  Over the course of her career, Cheryl has worked her way up through the ranks—from Administrative Assistant to Billing Manager, Sewage Operations Manager, and eventually into her current roles as Finance Director and Deputy Executive Director.

Cheryl has extensive experience administering federal and state-funded programs, including home repair initiatives for residents, blight elimination, brownfield redevelopment, and economic development projects. She is responsible for the financial oversight of the Authority’s multi-million-dollar budgets, various grant programs, and funding pools.
