Mark E. Pasquerilla is Chief Executive Officer of Pasquerilla Enterprises, a private investment company. He was formerly the CEO of Crown American Realty Trust, a NYSE REIT.

Mr. Pasquerilla’s  past professional experience includes real estate development and management of multiple shopping malls, strip centers, and hotels. He played a key role in shopping mall tenant leasing efforts in the mid-1980s. His major accomplishments included helping transform his company from primarily a shopping mall development company to an asset management company, and recruiting key executives with broad experience to build a more professional marketing and property management group.  Mr. Pasquerilla also played a major role in the company’s transformation from private to public ownership and added the investor relations role to his various duties.

Mr. Pasquerilla serves as a Board member of  AmeriServ Financial, Inc.(ASRV).   He is a member of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Advisory Board and served as a  member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Pittsburgh (2003-2007).  Mr. Pasquerilla is a Member of the Board of The Community Foundation for the Alleghenies and served as its Chairman from 2006 to 2025.   He serves as President of the Greater Johnstown Regional Partnership and also serves on the Board of Vision Together 2025 and the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority (serving as Chairman from 2020-2025).  In 2023 he was appointed by Governor Josh Shapiro to serve on the  Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board.  He is a former Board of Director of Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) and a former Board Member of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT).  Mr. Pasquerilla served as Chairman the Board of Bishop McCort Catholic High School from 2010 to 2018 and Johnstown Area Heritage Association (now Heritage Johnstown) from 2010 to 2022.

Mr. Pasquerilla has continued the significant philanthropic activities of his parents, the late Frank and Sylvia Pasquerilla.  Over the years the family’s contributions have included the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown,  the University of Notre Dame, Georgetown University, St. Francis University, Penn State University, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute,  the Pittsburgh Opera, the Johnstown Area Heritage Association and the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra.

Mr. Pasquerilla is a graduate of Notre Dame University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Government. He completed a Master of Science Degree in International Relations at the London School of Economics. As a Fulbright-Hays Scholar under the auspices of the European Research Institute, he also studied International Affairs at the University of Cologne, Federal Republic of Germany. He is a 1981 graduate of Bishop McCort High School.

Mr. Pasquerilla received the following awards: 2001 Penn Woods Council; Boy Scouts of America  Distinguished Citizen Award;  2012 Gr. Johnstown Cambria County Chamber of Commerce Cultural Affairs Award;  2012 Bottleworks Ethnic Arts Center Spirit of Lou Speranza Award;  2014 Johnstown West End Lions Club Hall of Fame Inductee Recipient;  2014  Governor’s Awards for the Arts in Pennsylvania Patron Award, presented in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts; recognized for sustained and exceptional volunteer service by the United Way of Pennsylvania as one of eight Tocqueville Society members in May 2016.

Mr. Pasquerilla is married to Lisa Urgo Pasquerilla and has two adult children, Tamires and Wellington.
